RETURNS POLICY

Because each item is made to order, we're only able to accept returns for damaged, defective, or misprinted items - not for change of mind.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days at notranslationhq@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Sizing
Our caps are one-size, adjustable. Check the product description for fit details before ordering.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
